Soul Food Fix was founded by Rick Davis a.k.a. Chef B.I.G.- The Edu-Cater and his wonderful wife Erin; whom he affectionately refers to as “Most Beautiful.” Chef BIG has always hosted events, cooked large meals for family, friends and others but began to strongly consider catering in 2021. Although he is a licensed principal, his passion for education is rivaled by his love for culinary arts. The Soul Food Fix family gives all glory to The Lord Jesus Christ for the awesome opportunity to serve and provide an exquisite dining experience to all of our customers.
